My Outlook 2007 was working fine until I installed my printer software (HP
7410). Now I can't send or receive any email. I uninstalled the software and
I still can't send or receive. I am connected through a VPN and it's telling
me that the connection to the Microsoft exchanger server is unavailable and
that Outlook must be online. Well I know the exchange server works because I
can get my email on my Blackberry. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to
resolve?

HELP!

I've rebooted, turned off the Microsoft firewall, uninstalled the HP software,
ping the server. I just have a feeling the problem is somewhere in the
registry, but I don't want to go in that deep.

My IT guy had the same problem when he tried to install his HP printer,
however when he uninstalled it, everything went back to normal. I wasn't so
lucky. I'm down to uninstalling Office and re-installing it. I just didn't
want to have to do it.

Sounds like you may need to call your Corporate IT people for support. I
assume you already tried rebooting? You've disconnected and reconnected
your VPN? Can you ping your Exchange Server by name? Do you have a
software firewall running that may have been modified by the HP software?
