HP deskjet 1120C compatibility/windows XP

drivers for printer not available anymore. Can print but
cannot import toolbox so cannot clean heads or
troubleshoot.
Spent 2hours on HP helpline and they definitely cannot
help. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

The only drivers for this printer are included in XP.

However the ones that HP have for Windows 2000 will probably work just fine.
So uninstall and reinstall your printer using
http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article One.htm

Then download the Windows 2000 drivers for the printer from:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/software/dj916.exe

Remember to install the driver package before connecting the printer.
