My faithful 2200dn has suddenly stopped fixing the toner- it smears off.

Any pointers?

Hello Tim:
It may be Fuser Film or Cartridge PCR problem.
Try a different cartridge, If still same , The fuser film just
need to be replaced.It not necessary to change whole Fuser.

Thanks for your input- however I have just bought a 2300DTN replacement
machine.
