HP 2000C color problem

For some reason, my image with purple flowers print blue, and images with
blue flowers print magenta.
I have changed ink cartridges, and printer heads but still get the same
thing.
Any ideas ?

Take out all four ink carts and see if any of those little white plungers in
the printer where the ink carts go are stuck down!!!
