HP 1320 - slanted page

My 1320 was working well until recently. The pages come out with the
print slanted. The characters themeselves are not slanted, it's as if
the page is coming out slanted a bit. Any ideas?????

It's easy enough to watch a page going in and out to comfirm your
theory. If you are right, and you probably are, make sure the guides
into the printer are lined up and if they are, the rollers inside are
slipping or have something caught up in them.
Then what? Sorry, I'm not familiar enough with your model to help.
Sometimes you can reach the rollers and rough them up with sandpaper or
clean them with naptha.

The pickup roller is easy to reach in these machines. Take out the toner
cart (protect fromlight) Invert laser printer. Take out drawer. Pickup
roller is at the front top of the machine and can easily be removed by
unlocking the white nylon locks. Make sure you put it back the right way
round!
You can try this. It's a useful thing to do. I wouldn't advise sandpaper
however. I don't think it'll cure your problem however.
