HOWTO - Synch Outlook Personal Folder structure

Since my Outlook personal folder has hit the mailsize ceiling, I want to
create another .pst & replicate the sub-folder structures & rules from the
old .pst to the new one.

Is it possible to do this via the Outlook menu, or would I have to write a
macro. If its a macro, then can someone provide me the pseudocode or actual
src.

You don't need code; just use the Import and Export option from the File Menu
to create a new .pst and export all of your folders into it.

You also don't need to export your rules unless you need to import them into
another PC. Although if you want to continue to use your original .pst with
the new one, you'll have to update any rules with folder based actions to
point to the folder in the new .pst.
