How'd they do that???

If you go to moneycops.com and download the free program mortgage
genie, you'll see a workbook that displays the way I want mine to. It
always starts on Full Screen yet it doesn't effect other workbooks.
And it has a custom menu too.

How do I do that and have all chicks dig me too?
