How2 build verify code feature on Front Page 2000 form mail page

I have a form mail on my web site. DAILY, I am inundated with some machine
filling in my form mail with ads to increase body parts, eliminate baldness,
buy drugs, etc. How do I put the code (series of letters which are machine
generated) on my formail page that a user has to type in, in order to send
the form mail to me? So that I stop getting these stupid emails? Thanks
