If you have the full version of Acrobat you *may* be able to save it as a
Word document, though editing later is often fraught with problems.
If you have pdf compatible OCR software eg Finereader, you can convert it
with that.
If you have non-pdf compatible OCR software, print the PDF and scan the
result through the OCR software
There are a number of third party tools (none free) eg PDF2Txt and PDF2Word
(I prefer the former) which will do a reasonable job.
