I just installed outlook 2003 and i'm trying to setup views so that i can see
the number of unread items in any folder. Public folders dosent seem to be
able to edit this or view this (I used to be be able to view this in previous
versions).

I'm given myself total owner rights to the folder, but it's just not an
option.

We used to be able to view this through shortcuts in Outlook 2002. HMm,
anyone have an idea how to do this in Outlook 2003?

Right click on the folder and choose Properties. Your options are there.
