Open any Office 2003 program.
Click on the Help menu at the top of the window.
On the Help menu, click on Customer Feedback Options.
Select "No, I don't wish to participate".
Click OK.

Open an Office application (MSWord).
On the menu bar click Tools > Options > General tab > Service Options button.
Select "No, I do not wish to participate".
Click Ok > Ok and close the Office app.
