How unregister .EXE file?

Hi,

I registered .EXE file some time ago and now I need to move directory
with this file. The problem is that this file does not work anymore
under another directory. I tried to reregister this file, but it did
not work. I checked registry and there was no directory change.
Is there any way to un-register this file in Win2000 and then register
again under another directory?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
