How turn off runtime error popup, wish to debug option?

This is driving me nuts. Keeps popping over and over on
different websites, saying "A runtime error has occurred,
do you wish to debug, Line: something Error: Something
expect... Yes or No"

Search under IE help page reviews you back to IE help
page. Nothing under Internet/Tool options to uncheck
either. Thing is big company websites return this error to
the extent that you cannot even use page, but the page
works fine if the dang popup would go away.

How do I disable this feature?

Dave,

Start Internet Explorer.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the Advanced tab, click to select the Disable Script Debugging check box in the Browsing section.
Uncheck Display a notification about every script error setting is displayed instead.
Click OK, and then restart Windows.

If the script error occurs on all pages, refresh your scripting engine: [Links Courtesy of Frank Saunders]
