Have a (large) mailing data file & need to re-format

Currently formatted as :

A1 First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name
A2 Adress
A3 City, State Zip


Need to re-format as:

A1 Last Name B1 First Name, Middle initial C1 Address D1 City E1 State F1 Zip

Any assistance (very) much appreicated

Hi dbt957!

Save your workbook under a new name (always a good tip)
Next transpose your data

Select the block of data
Copy
Select cell with a sufficient area for the data (probably a new
sheet?)
Paste Special > Transpose > OK

Insert two new column between your new column A and B

Select column A
Data > Text to columns > Delimited on Space > Next > Next > Finish

Do the same with the City / Postcode
