how to write arabic short Alif

Please tell me how to type the Arabic Short alif of Alif Qassira like teh one
used in رٰجÙعÙونَ.
IT is mainly used in teaching Arabic and in writin Quranic verses
 
How to type it depends on the particular Arabic keyboard you have
installed, but it is Unicode character 0670, so type 0670 on the
regular keyboard and then Alt-X, and it should be entered.
