How to Wrap Text

I have a 267 characters texts field. MS Excel 2007 will not show all the
texts. It showed a bunch of ## symbols in the cell. I have tried several
tutorials on how to wrap texts but it didn't work.

I have tried these:

And it didn't work. The cell still shows the ## symbols. Any help is

Format the cell as general?

First, I didn't follow all the links -- so this may be something you already
tried.

Try formatting the cell as General -- or anything but Text.

Excel has trouble with strings whose length is between 255 and 1024 in cells
formatted as text.
