how to... viewed / unview faxes

hello from Germany!

We are using SBS2000 with SP4 and all patches.

All incoming faxes are maked "green" (viewed) even if no1 ever touches one
of them. Thats really bad, because we have no control and we cant take adv.
of all incoming faxes... any idea how we can mark the unviewed faxes "red"
or "unviewed"..

The red and green you are refering to is related to the success and failure
of that fax transmission/reception. Not related to read/unread property. I
am afraid there is no concept of read/unread in fax
