How to view plain text email as HTML in Outlook 2007

Nothing drives me more crazy than changing where where everything is
located just so the product looks updated, Office 2007 and Vista are
prime examples of this fluffy facade!

Now that I have that rant out of the way, where is the "view as HTML"
option gone, while viewing an email when your default view is plain
txt...anyone now how to do this?

it should on the infobar of the message. if the message is not html, the
infobar won't be available.
