How to view image attachment ?

I would like to view an attached jpeg images from Outlook.
How do I go about doing that?

If you have installed ACDSee on your system and have all associations set
properly, Outlook will automatically open JPEG files in ACDSee. If you have
not installed such a software, choose Paint to open the attachments.
