How to view HTML source code

I've tried clicking 'view' and then 'source' but this
does nothing. Almost as if it's disabled. Does anyone
know where I can go to trigger this feature to work?

Joe,
First, clear the IE cache. IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete
files (and delete offline content.) It's often recommended that the TIF
folder be kept at about 50 MB (Settings.) Bigger isn't necessarily better.

If you have a shortcut to Notepad.exe on the desktop, rename it.
