How to view a pdf file using vb.net

Hi,

I have a problem, i want to view a pdf file without using an api or
activex. So i tried to open it with Internet Explorer. It's work, but
i don't want the user to save it or modify it. Can i control this?
Or if there is an other possibility to view a pdf file in my vb.net
project in read-only, i can try it!

but all PDF's are read only. You cannot edit them unless you use Acrobat
Writer. And only then if the creator has allowed it.
