How to use Visual Studio 2008 for Mobile Website Development

How do I use Visual Studio 2008 to develop Mobile Website Pages? I don't see
Mobile Website Project or Controls? How do I access ASP.NET Mobile Controls
in Visual Studio 2008? Design View is not working?

Any suggestions?

Omar Kahn developed a Mobile Web Form, a Mobile Web User Control
and a Mobile Web Configuration File which you can download/use.
