How to use resources on pages without controls?

Hi,

I'm using this code inside a control:
... Text="<%$ Resources:Resources,7 %>" ...

This works fine. Now I have some static text (<p>, <label>, etc.) where I
want to use resources.
This <p><%$ Resources:Resources,7 %></p> does not work.

Can somebody help me?

The expression builder syntax only works with property assignments on server
side controls because the syntaxt, in essence, is going into a method that
initalizes the properties of the control.
