How to use multiple forms

How would you use multiple forms linked to a single table. I have 4 forms
based on a single table using "IF" code in a control to open the different
forms. That seems to work fine except that when opening and adding data in
the different forms, it adds a new record to the table. I want the data from
the selcted forms to be added to the same record.

Hi Danny,

How about having a Tab Control with four pages, each page showing the data
you are trying to display on a different form... this will alleviate the
problem you are having.
