How to use labels?

Sort of. When you click New Document in the Labels dialog, you get one sheet
of labels. They're set up as a table, so you need to have table gridlines
displayed (Table | Show Gridlines) to see the label boundaries.

If all you want is to enter the same text in every label and print multiple
sheets, then you can set up your label in the dialog, choose "Full page of
the same label," click New Document, and print as many copies as you want
(and save the document, if you like, for future use).

If the text you want on your labels requires more complex formatting than is
easily accomplished in the Labels dialog, you can set it up in the first
label, Copy, select the entire table, and Paste.

If all the labels are the same, there is little to be gained by adding
additional pages. The best way to create multiple sheets of labels with
different content is a mail merge. Although you *can* create additional
sheets of labels using New Document, it's not always ideal. Pressing Tab in
the last label on the sheet inserts a new row, and if you insert enough
rows, you'll get another sheet, but this works only for labels that are set
up as a table with no "spacer" rows. Some label definitions include narrow
rows between the label rows, and these are not replicated when you create a
new row using Tab. You *can* copy and paste a label row and a spacer row,
but this is iffy, too.
