How to use group by as criteria for the append query

Hi,
I have a requirement to sum up values for a particular
month.This has to be done for the previous 13 months
including the current one.How to give the criteria for the
query

You can total either by "a particular month" or the "previous 13 months"
quite easily with a totals query. Getting both totals is a little more
difficult and I'm not sure what exactly you are asking for.

Thanks Duane.It worked great.I was just looking for the
same.One more question.How to specify expression to get
the date range for the previous thirteen months
