how to use Cliparts

Hello.
I just download cliparts.
Can I use these cliparts for OneNote or outlook page or excel and words
briefs.
Could you tell me how to use to this tools(cliparts)

I am waiting nice answer from user and support center.

You'd be better off asking in a newsgroup related to the specific products
of interest. The "Access" in the name of this newsgroup refers to the
database product that's part of Office Professional. You need to find
newsgroups like microsoft.public.onenote, microsoft.public.outlook and so
on.
