How to use BBC with email

Hi,
I have about 300 contacts that I would like to email, but I don't want
everyone to see who else received the emai. How do I use the BBC to
accomplish this.

YOu mean Bcc, not Bbc. Just put their names/addresses in the Bcc field on
your outgoing message. Note, though, that your ISP might not like it and
that the recipients might reject the mail as spam because it's not addressed
to them. COnsider using a mail merge to send individual messages instead.
