How to use Alt-Tab in the reverse direction

Hi, this is not really just about Word, but I didn't know where else to post
it.
I use Alt-Tab to toggle between applications. Sometimes I have as many as
25-30 applications open. When I toggle through the application icons on the
the Alt-Tab window, sometimes I miss the application I am looking for.... but
then it is too late, I have to go past all the icons again. Is there any way
you can toggle your way through the icons from right to left, rather than
just left to right?

With so many applications open, it might be easier to press
Ctrl+Alt+Delete, click on the Applications tab, and choose the
window you want.

Hi Wessel,

Alt+Shift+Tab will go through the open choices in reverse order.
