how to upload csv to excel?

Hi,
In the database i have csv files, but they are in text format. and eac
month i have to change them to excel with "text to column" and then
need to insert a new column and in this column i use vlook function
each month in the database a new csv file forms. is it possible t
upload the csv file automatically to excel. is it possible to uploa
the new data which comes from csv to excel file that i formed before
is there a way without writing macro?
