How to update data in cells within Excel?

Hi guys,
I have a spreadsheet that I've created which provides an
analysis of data within an Access database. Is it
possible to update columns or individual cells within the
spreadsheet from within the Access database?
For example, cells B2:B23 correspond to the results of a
query called qryAnalysis1. Another cell (B27)
corresponds to a Count query called qryAnalysis2.
Is there a website with further help on this topic
perhaps?
