How to update a spreadsheet with years of experience

I am trying to create a spreadsheet that will
automatically calculate the number of years of experience
an employee has worked w/o having to update monthly. Is
there a formula that will work and save me time?

Hi Michael

you can use the DATEDIF Function
http://www.cpearson.com/excel/datedif.htm

=DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"Y")&" years "&DATEDIF(A1,TODAY(),"YM")&" months"
will return the number of years & months from a date in A1 to the current
date.
