how to unlock a document in microsoft word

You havn't what?

If you haven't activated Office, but did pay for it, then it is not a
problem. Just activate Office (I believe it is from the Help menu on any
Office applications, it has been a while since I have activated any Office
products...)

If you haven't paid, then yes, it is a problem...

I activated it and put in the product key, but my document is still locked.
