Thanks for the idea Will. I do not see any uninstall.??? files in the
Programs/Intuit/Quickbooks folder. I looked here previously as well. Any
other ideas?

Hi

What's wrong with using Add/Remove Programs? An entry for QuickBooks
'should' have been created there.

This is where the orginial problem began. Quickbooks is not showing up in the
add/remove programs, as are several other programs previously installed on
this computer. We first tried to address this but never could get it.
Re-installed the program twice with no avail. Looked in regedit to see if
could understand the problem &/or rename it with no success. Thought that if
we could uninstall the program then reinstall it then it would be on the
add/remove program. We need it to be there for another issue which we will
spare you from.
thanks for your support, any idea's?

Hi

I'm not sure how you would uninstall the program. Both QuickBooks & Quicken
show up in Add/Remove Programs here. Have you tried Intuit's support:
