How to uninstall Windows Media Connect manual

I can't uninstall the WMC by using add/remove programe in the control
panel, so i wanna to uninstall it manual, i search in the Google for a
while, but i did not get something useful. Could anyone give me some
instruction?

Where did you get that File? It doesn't seem to be a Windows XP file.
If it was on your computer when purchased, ask the seller.

i got it from windows update site, it is a update that microsoft
recommand. Windows Media Connect.

but there is no artical tell me how to get rid of it :(

After I use add/remove programs to attempt to uninstall it, it leaves a
ton of stuff behind, both files changed/added and things in the registry.
When you install it, the installer will complain if System Restore is
disabled so I expect that the best thing to do is to use that to revert to
a restore point made just before installing it.
