How to Uninstall Outlook Express Configuration Utility

When I downloaded the 60-day trial version of Microsoft Office & Outlook,
this huge 500 MB "Outlook Express Configuration Utility" was also downloaded,
but i cannot uninstall it. When i try to do so via "add and remove
programs," i get a message saying the path or etc. cannot be found. how to i
remove this, because it's so big and making my computer much slower? thanks
for your time!

when i called them for help, they said they dont offer free help for trial
versions. ha

well, there is not an outlook express config utility so I'm not sure what it
is or where it came from - or even why its causing problems.
