How to unhide toolbars after deleting with Startup function?

I created database with start-up feature. Unfortunately, after setting
startup commands, I inadvertantly disabled the toolbars of the database. I
did not save a back up copy of the original database. How do I enable the
toolbars once again to complete the work on the database?
 
Try holding the Shift Key down whilr you areo opening the database file.
