Can someone help please?

click that upper left-hand square where the row and column headers meet (to
select the entire worksheet)

Format > Column > Unhide

Edit|goto
type
a1:c1
in that bottom box
Then format|column|Unhide.

If you still can't see them, try scrolling to the left.

If you still can't see them, try Window|Unfreeze Panes.

Hide essentially make the column width zero.
Put the mouse cursor in the first left-hand column header (D), move it
slowly towards the square where column and row headers meet, watch for the
point to change to something like <-||-> and drag to the right to restore
one column at a time.
These should be a better way!
best wishes

One more way,

Say columns D, E and F are hidden.
Your column headers will read A, B, C, G, H etc.

Just highlight the two columns either side of the hidden columns,
in this example it would be C and G.

Right click and select Unhide.
