How to unanchor View Header tool bar?

I dragged and inadvertently anchored my "View Headers and Footers" tool bar
to the bottom of the screen. Now I want it to float again, could not find
out how. Can someone please help me here? I'm using Word XP (2002).

Hover your mouse over the left hand edge of the toolbar. The cursor
will change to a four directional arrow. Click and drag the toolbar to
the center of the screen.
