How to ubypass administrator rights

Hi,
In my organization we use win2000. All the properties like
enabling screen server, sharing rights and cannot load any
software. all have been disabled by the
administrator.please provide me a solution on how to
remove the attributes in the registry so as to install all
software. share my drive with other computer..
