How to turn off popup

How do i turn off the popup which appears when logging onto outlook. I accept
the agreement but the next time i open it...it appears again and i have to
accept again.

Running on Vista by chance? This happened with Photoshop CS2 until I ran it
as administrator so it could update the registry with the "I agree" info.

Are you running Outlook 2003 on Vista? If you are launch Outlook
elevated (you only need to do this once) and this should solve your
problem.

thanks for the answer but i am the administrator and it still does not
work............help
