How to turn off 'Open With' dialog for thin client users?

When a user clicks on a file to which there is no immediate application,
they are encouraged to pick from many of the apps loaded on the terminal
server - or a nice link to the internet to get other apps.
We would like to prevent this. Is there a way to stop this? This is a
locked down environment. Reg or GPO?

Didn't actually turn off the menu, but was able to remove unwanted apps from
list.

Found HKCR\Applications\app.exe put an empty string 'NoOpenWith' and these
apps will not be available in the 'open with' menu.
