How to turn off a report at the end of each word page

I keep getting a report page after each word document, this has only happened
recently and I have tried everywhere to turn this off but to no avail.
Anyone know?

On the Print tab of Tools | Options, clear the check box for "Document
properties." If that's not the issue, it may be that your printer driver is
adding something; check the printer Properties. If neither is the issue,
post back with a better description of what's in the "report."
