how to troubleshooting "can find WAB DLL"--address book problem

i can't access my address book in the outlook. It said that " can find WAB
DLL", can anyone help pls?
 
Outlook does not use the WAB except in one older, unsupported version.
Are you using Outlook? If so, what version?
