Recently, my laptop started randomly rebooting at least 2-3 times per
day (while I am working). It used to do it before as well, but maybe
like once a month. How can I troubleshoot something like that?

Thanks.

Random reboots are usually caused by failing hardware components. With
laptops, overheating is a prime culprit. Troubleshooting laptop hardware is
tricksy, but you can feel if the machine is getting too hot and notice if
the fan is coming on.

In the meantime, set your computer to *not* automatically reboot on failure.
Go to Control Panel>System>Advanced>Startup and Recovery>Settings and under
System Failure uncheck "Automatically Restart". This should give you a
blue screen with a stop error. Write down the stop error and research it at
the link below.

You should also check in Event Viewer for clues.
Start>Run>eventvwr.msc [enter]
