How to transfer Word settings to new PC?

Hi,

I would like to transfer all my personalised settings from an old
computer to a new computer, so that I don't have to set up new
toolbars, etc all over again.

Would anyone be able to advise which files I need to copy over, and
where I can find them? The old computer is running Office 2000 while
the new computer is running Office 2003.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
