How to transfer Outlook2000 files to a new PC with Outlook2007?

I currently have a Windows XP w/ Office 2000 PC.
Although, I just bought a new PC w/ Vista and Office 2007.

How do I transfer my email files to my new PC??

Not sure if you already got an answer.... the links provided would not come up for me.

When I moved Outlook 2002 to a new computer (not your question, but close) I simply copied the mail from one computer to the other. There may have been some need to link up the several mail folders I use, don't recall. I'll check back and if you still need help I'll try to remember what I did. I'm sure (just guessing) the same process I used will work for moving to Outlook 2007.
