How to transfer emails in incredimail back to microsoft outlook

I've been using Incedimail as my email manager, now I want to stop & just use
outlook (2003) but I can't work out how to transfer the emails I have saved
in Incredimail back to outlook.

Looks like you have to go from Incredimail to OE to Outlook.
