How to toggle between the datasheet view of a query & data entry view of a form

I have a query. I have a form based on the query. I want
to easily toggle between the datasheet view of the query
and the data entry view of the form, all the while keeping
the same currently selected record. I.e. if I change the
currently selected record in either the datasheet or form,
I want the currently selected record to change in both the
query and form.

Dave,

I don't know how to do this, or even if it is possible. Sorry. But I
just have to ask... Why? Normally a query or table datasheet would be
regarded as "in the background, out of sight, out of mind", and forms
used exclusively for data entry/viewing. Maybe you have an
exceptional need to see the query datasheet, but aren't you just
seeing the same data in the query and the form... maybe presented a
little more user-friendly in the form, but still the same data, so
what's the point? Just curious :)

If you create another form in datasheet view, you can set the same recordset
for both forms ( in A2000 ), then changes to the selected record will show
in both forms. You can hide or unhide the datasheet form from a toggle
button on the other form.
