How to tell which driver is causing Vista not to go into hibernation

I've looked through the system logs but I'm not finding anything that is
telling me which driver is preventing hibernation. At least it's not
jumping out and biting me in the nose.

I think it's the beta drivers I recently loaded for my EMU 1820M sound card
but I'm not for certain as I also loaded Logitech's Setpoint 4.0 for my
mouse and keyboard about the same time.

Is there somewhere in the Event Viewer that will tell me the driver name
that is preventing the system from entering hibernation?

Thanks.

Not sure - but why not try going back to a previous restore point and then
work forward reapplying the changes until you find the culprit?

question would be did it hibernate before you installed the BETA drivers.
if so, might try uninstalling them.

The underlying assumption would be if I ain't got it now then I must have had it before.

And even though nobody answered the real question, it was the EMU drivers.
